Its a good chair for the most part.

I wouldve preferred it to lower a tad bit more. Im 55; it feels like I need to put my feet up a couple inches to be more comfortable. Could use a bit more support/cushion. Its fine for the most part, but could be a little better with thicker foam and lumbar support. I had no trouble at all with assembly.

    comfortable, pretty chair

Easy to put together, took longer unwrapping it all. packed well, no scratches or tears in fabric. Seat is very poofy and comfortable. I read in other reviews its good for tall people..im 59 and its ok, arms could be longer. I like that the arms flip up but with the chair at the lowest height it fits under an desk. I got the blue one, love the color. so glad i bought this.

Beautiful, comfortable chair...but the wheels suck

Love my new office chair. Super comfy, nice tall back, beautiful navy blue color, liftable arm rests. The only downside is the wheels are terrible and dont roll well. I just bought better wheels to replace them. For almost $200, I shouldnt have to.

    10/10 Customer Service!!!

While I have not tried my chair yet, I wanted to write a quick review regarding this sellers customer service. I had a small issue that was the fault of the carrier and NOT the seller. My issue was handled very quickly and professionally. Stellar A++ service!! UPDATE: I assembled the chair and it is SUPER comfortable! I can definitely sit in this for hours on end with no back issues. So far so good!

Amazing Customer Service / Great Product / Easy to Assembl

My first order, the packing box was damaged and the arm was cracked. I contacted customer service and they were prompt and so very helpful. I didnt have to send back the chair- they sent me a new one that I got within 3 days of correspondence. Very happy with the product. For my remote job I needed good support and a comfortable chair- and this product is perfect!

Very comfortable office chair with one gripe

I got the blue fabric version and found it fair easy to assemble with the exception of connecting the main back of the chair to the arm connectors. That part is a two person job! Otherwise, once assembled, this is a very comfortable chair and I do have some thoughts after using for a few weeks. First of all, its super comfortable, the plush padding in both the seat and backrest are great. Time will tell if it holds up or goes flat, but Im pretty sure you could take this to an upholstery store and have it repaired or upgraded for long term use. I sit in this char for 8+hrs a day and still find it very comfy. I can sit in various ways, cross my legs, sit on my ankles, or actually sit with good posture and its all very comfy. I usually like to recline in my office chair to relay, but this chair is big enough that I can still feel comfortable without needing to lean back and recline as much. Normally its in the locked position and thats fine with me. My only gripe is that even as a 6 tall male, I feel a bit of pressure (just a little) at my knees when my feet are planted flat on the floor. I wish it was possible to lower this chair just a tiny bit more to ease that pressure. Its not a huge problem, just a little noticeable after sitting for a while. Ive tried a lot of chairs and different types of styles, materials, etc. - this one is my favorite so far for home office use. It looks great, its comfortable, its able to support a number of sitting styles. The only other thing Ive noticed a little bit is that the fabric and cushioning can get warm after sitting a while. In the summer months my office will get pretty warm, so a portable AC or small fan to keep air moving may be needed to stay comfortable. Otherwise I could see this being an issue for warm body people. I still think its better than non-breathable leather chairs, that just makes me spot sweat. In the winter, this chair is very nice when it warms up due to your body heat. Thats really it, its a great chair so far and I plan to stick with this one.

    Great customer service!

Took me days of looking to find a chair I thought I would like at a reasonable price. My old second hand chair was killing my back and legs. Got this one and after putting it together and sitting it was soooooo nice and comfortable. I love that you can tilt the chair back a little and lock it in place easily. Only problem was the wheels didnt work correctly and I had to fight the chair to get it to move. I thought oh great here we go, Im going to have to send this back after a big fight over it, I couldnt have been more wrong. I sent the seller a message and the next day got a reply from a lady named Rachel. She asked me to remove the wheels and put them back in to see if that made a difference, sadly it didnt. She immediately said no problem we will send you another set. They arrived today and move smoothly and I am one happy camper. Nice to have a company respond quickly and resolve the issue. AAAA++++ I know where Im getting my next chair and probably soon since my wife wants one now.

Extrememly overpriced for what it is with some bizarre cost cutting

I am extremely puzzled as to where all the good reviews are coming from for this chair. Have people been so deprived of a half way decent chair their entire lives that they think this is in any way acceptable? For $200 I expected something fairly decent but what you get is something mass produced with almost zero quality control and some seriously questionable design choices. Nobody tested this design. As for putting it together, difficulty wise, its no better or worse than any other flat furniture. Some bolt holes didnt really want to line up so that was the first red flag. It looks nice, the fabric feels soft and like it is tough enough to handle daily use. The seat back is comfy but surprisingly slab like. I didnt expect precision back sculpted ergonomics but its worse than I was expecting. The seat base is the main reason I cannot use this chair though. For some reason its not flat nor does the foam indent when you sit on it. In fact, it is hard, springy and domes upwards into you causing your hips to tilt forward and is extremely uncomfortable for any time over an hour. Hello sciatica! How is anybody saying this is comfortable? Im guessing these are made in different factories and its a lottery as to what kit youre getting. I have had a few people sit on it and everyone says its horrendous. The wheels are also inexcusably cheap for the price point. Totally plastic and dont roll smoothly. Youd want to replace them with something decent from the hardware store (more money on an already bad purchase). Same thing with the arms. These unfortunately are not something you can replace with better parts. They are entirely plastic (including nasty looking plastic chrome style covers) which would be fine except that they only attach from one point at the back and therefore have non-existent rigidity. These would no doubt snap off within 6 months as you cannot put any weight on them without them flexing. They are also bizarrely positioned and too far out. Ive never experienced this before with an office chair. They feel positioned like dining chair arms. Lastly, at 5 6 (168cm), I have never had a problem with office chairs being the wrong size but I feel like a child on this thing as my feet dont touch the ground. I already regret throwing out the free 5 year old (cost someone else $40) cheapo Target office chair that I replaced with this disappointing excuse for a chair. Sure its nice to look at and touch but it fails to be what its supposed to be, an office chair. I am absolutely returning this. Lesson learned. Never buying a chair without sitting on it first again. Be wary.

Good, comfy, stylish chair 〞 definitely NOT big and tall

I am happy with this chair. Its sturdy enough, a beautiful color, and very soft to the touch. I like the adjustable arm rests, high back, and the lock to keep it from rocking if you want. The fabric doesnt make me too hot either. The only problem I have is with the advertising not the chair. Its advertised as a big and tall chair. I was hope for and extra wide chair so that I could sit criss-cross at times. This chair is not any wide than the other standard office chairs we have in our home. Also note, the advertised weight limit is not the weight limit recommended in the instructions. The instructions say the limit is 280lbs.
