While I have not tried my chair yet, I wanted to write a quick review regarding this sellers customer service. I had a small issue that was the fault of the carrier and NOT the seller. My issue was handled very quickly and professionally. Stellar A++ service!!
UPDATE:
I assembled the chair and it is SUPER comfortable! I can definitely sit in this for hours on end with no back issues. So far so good!
