Good While It Lasted - But It Didnt Last Long Enough
This is a great chair - or was - until the cylinder starting giving out. Bought this in August 2021. Its mid-May 2022. Almost made it a year but I find myself looking for a replacement already.
Aside from the lumbar placement and arm height being a bit high for my body it has been a very comfortable chair. I sit most of the day.
The lumbar position was nothing a cushion couldnt fix. I never use the arms so that wasnt a big deal especially since they fold up. BUT the chair no longer stays at the desired height. I find that I randomly drop to the bottom throughout the day... sometimes suddenly.
Its gotten to the point that when it drops it puts me in a bad ergonomic position and I end up hurting at the end of the day. When the dropping is subtle and slow its sometimes too late to fix it before the pain begins from sitting incorrectly.
If you need a quick fix for a chair - this might fit the bill. But for long term use I wouldnt recommend it.
