This bed was white not black, the order says black, the box says black, the bed is white. I'm ok with white, actually hoped to find a white bed but could not (plus the box would be a beast to return.) Set it up in under three hours (with help after the first couple) seems sturdy, tall but not too tall.
These beds are AWESOME! So easy to put together AND separate! Very sturdy for the price. Sometimes have to tighten bolts, but nothing too bad. Highly recommended.
Better instructions needed. Like how/where ladder goes! However, the bed is very sturdy and looks great in black. We have had for a couple of months with no issues
I love this bed, my girls love it. It was not as difficult to put together as I thought. Took my husband & I about 2-3 hrs to build, thats including constant breaks we had to take bc we have a 1yr old who kept trying to help. Very sturdy, dosnt squeak. perfect for kids or adults :-)
This bed is great. My girls love to play underneath the bed frame. We have another metal bunk bed for my boys and the only problem is as the kids get bigger the medal breaks easily under their mattress. Then you'll have to put a piece of plywood underneath the mattress.
Bought this for my 23 yr old son's room. It is just as advertised. He and a friend set it up in a couple of hours. Only issue is moving the bottom part from bed to sofa and back takes 2 people, so he tends to leave it in the flat position all the time.
I ordered this because IKEA bunk bed was out of stock. However, this one is a lot better. IKEA has mesh type mattress support but this one has strong metal beam support, which eliminates noises while sleeping.

Holds my 150 pound twins fine, but a little wobbly when you climb the ladder
This bed was strong enough to hold 2 of my 150 pound sons. It was fairly easy to assemble. It is a good lightweight, inexpensive bunk bed.

This trundle has worked great so far...a month or so. Has not broken. Husband said it was a pain to put together.
