To install the plastic tab locks (8), use a large set of channel lock pliers (covered with cardboard and tape so you don't scratch the frame). If you use two people, you can do it very quickly. Have one person position the plastic tab locks, inserted on one side of the slot and hold it there for the second person to snap it into place with the pliers. You can do it as a one man operation, but it goes much quicker if you don't have to adjust the channel locks or fumble with the plastic tab locks since they frequently come out of the slots. My daughter suggested to do one whole side of the bed at a time. After I had struggled with the plastic tab locks for so long (by myself), we installed the last 10 together in about one minute. Another thing we did to help with the assembly was to install the legs (N) first. That made it obvious which were the lower and the upper cross bars. Read some of the other reviews for tips on installing the ladder. Good Luck!
These are in my sons room and they have been great. He has room for a friend to sleep over without taking away ant floor space. I also love that you can sit on the bottom bunk and not worry about banging your head on the overhead bunk. Great purchase.
I bought this bunk for my daughters who share a room. The youngest gets the smaller top bunk and my older daughter takes the bottom bunk. It is perfect for them and they love being able to share a room without having to be in the same bed!
exactly bed everything arrived sooner than expected very easy to assemble it was a bit time consuming for my husband and brother to put together 3hrs there was a lot of parts and little pieces but the little pieces are to ensure optimum safety for the children sleeping in the bed
My husband put this together on his own in about an hour. My 3 yr old and 6 yr old sleep in it comfortably and I feel safe having them sleep there every night. What more can I ask for! Instructions to assemble pretty clear.

Well made bunk beds

Love these bunk beds. Assembly went smoothly. Lots of head room in the bottom bunk. Twin mattresses fit perfectly. Very sturdy.
