*company has fixed the situation. Pictures are from problems we had but have been resolved after talking with the company.
Bought for my daughter in July. Foam for poles was broken and crumbling. One week after setting it up the entire main construction folded on my son. Luckily he was not severely injured. Nothing but problems trying to get a resolution. Finally get a replacement and the jump mat will not even fit properly. Parts to this are made very cheaply and not worth the money. This trampoline will not support the weight it states on the description. No trampoline, no refund and no resolution. Very disappointed customer.
Update 2 Seller has sent a whole set of springs and wanted to stand behind their product. The springs arrived quickly and so far so good. I wanted to update with a better overall rating for their customer service. I hope this is the fix we need.
**Update**. Manufacturer is sending a complete set of new springs. I will update as to durability once we are able to replace them all and test it. The manufacturer was very gracious and wanted Another chance to make things right.
14 ft trampoline. We have never had this happen with any other trampoline we have owned. Within a day of putting the trampoline together, my children noticed sagging of the mat because of springs that were extended and would not hold their shape. The was permanently sagging in the middle because the springs would not tighten. I reached out to the manufacturer and after many many emails providing pictures of the springs that affected over half of the trampoline and they sent us new springs (only half). Now a few weeks later the trampoline is doing the same thing. We are keeping to well under the weight limit on the trampoline and are still having issues.
Received my 14ft trampoline two weeks ago and I am impressed with the quality of the trampoline for the most part. Assembly was reasonably easy as long as you follow the instructions carefully. I was glad that a full size instruction manual with color pictures and each step carefully spelled out followed by diagrams One step that was not clear in the manual was where and how to fasten the net safety straps properly, either to the bounce pad spring loops or to the outside or inside end of the bounce pad springs. I did receive what I felt was a defective safety net as the bottom safety straps with clips that secure the net to the trampoline base were not properly sewed onto the net. One strap fell off and a few other straps were loose and would have come off during use. I contacted and they sent a complete replacement safety net within a weeks time that seems to have the fastening straps properly sewed. I will install the new net in a few days and will have to guess where the fasten the safety net straps. I like to quality overall and hopefully I wont have any further issues during use. I am pleased that the was very responsive to my request for a replacement part. Looking forward to having my 3 grandsons try it out. I would recommend this product.
Bought this to replace an old broken one (a different brand). Found one spring was manufactured in a twisted way. Sent an email to customer service on Saturday at noon time, got replied at midnight. Received the replacement in 14 days. So far I am very satisfied.
I really have no idea about tjis item since it was a gift for my grandchildren who do not live in my state. According to the grandkids, it is great. According to their father, it only took about one hour to assemble and the directions were very good. All my grandkids can use it at the same time because it has a 400 pound limit and is very sturdy. I rated durability as high since it appears to be good.
