The company reached out and made things right. I was able to send in a list of missing parts and they sent everything ASAP. I am satisfied with the trampoline, quality, and service after we got it all squared away.
Great trampoline, just didnt come with all the parts for the net, and the ones we did have didnt have the correct screw holes. That was kind of a big deal for safety.
Appears to be sturdy so far. Told 2-people to assemble and they added extra anchor supports around all legs. Also added lights around bottom for a spectacular night scenery and entertainment and fencing around the entire bottom so no one can go under it. Really satisfied with it and looking forward to cooler weather to enjoy it more. Just purchased this 8-2021 so it has been extremely hot in (Maryland).

I reached out to who quickly got back to me with a list of parts, including pictures, and helped me determine what was needed for replacement. Good customer service is hard to come by but I highly recommend . You can make a purchase youll feel confident about. (Plus the trampoline wears your kids out win-win!)
