The base is nice and sturdy and well crafted. The steps are also strong and of good quality. The net and poles however are not. The trams olivine has been up 2 months and the poles are all slanted. The net is a slip-on and doesnt go all the way down to the base in some places. Otherwise, a good trampoline.
UPDATE: I would like to say that after my review that the company was amazing that reached to me right away and made things right with there product. I love when companys are willing to go above and beyond for there product and company. Just with the customer service I would recommend them and there products.
I looked and compared other trampoline and I decided on this one. But know Im seconding guess my choice. The 1st thing the Stitching to the buckle has come unsewn and I notice that the trampoline is not a circle it an oval shape.
The 14 ft trampoline was purchase for my great-nieces 7th birthday. It was relatively easy to assemble and appears to be well made. I like that it has four base legs and not just three like a lot of the others that I looked at. It also came with a ladder which is great for smaller children. In addition, it has a weight limit of 400 lbs which will allow it to be used longer as my niece and the neighbors children grow. It also had a 4.7 out of 5 star rating which is great compare to some of the others. We only put it together yesterday and had the neighbors children try it out. My great-niece will be here in a few days and will see it then.
Got the 14ft. Put it together in about 2 hours working alone. Went together fairly easy the instruction are pretty much useless as they are not step by step or I didnt get them but no biggie as it isnt rocket surgery. Little common sense and critical thinking and it goes to together easily. Only problem I really found was the zipper it zips up and down smoothly but a little push while its down and it starts to come up. Put little man in and zipped it down he immediately unzipped it so cut a small knock in the buckle and snapped it through the zipper hole and problem solved. Happy with the purchase so far hopefully it lasts
EDIT: This is what its all about. I want to be fair and give an honest update that the company was great and came though with a refund after my review. They first sent me a new mat to replace the ripped out one. I didnt realize the springs werent included so I tried to reuse mine, unfortunately some were stretched beyond being able to use. They then issued me a complete refund for the trampoline, which I appreciate the attempt to make it right. The new mat helped tremendously. Way to come though!!
Fairly easy to put together but it was so flimsy and not supported. The springs are ripping off the fabric so one whole side is missing the springs. About 14 springs I counted so far. They did offer to replace the mat (which is a huge hassle) but at least I get that. Id like to throw the whole thing in the trash but its too big.
