EDIT: This is what its all about. I want to be fair and give an honest update that the company was great and came though with a refund after my review. They first sent me a new mat to replace the ripped out one. I didnt realize the springs werent included so I tried to reuse mine, unfortunately some were stretched beyond being able to use. They then issued me a complete refund for the trampoline, which I appreciate the attempt to make it right. The new mat helped tremendously. Way to come though!!
Fairly easy to put together but it was so flimsy and not supported. The springs are ripping off the fabric so one whole side is missing the springs. About 14 springs I counted so far. They did offer to replace the mat (which is a huge hassle) but at least I get that. Id like to throw the whole thing in the trash but its too big.
