Update 2 Seller has sent a whole set of springs and wanted to stand behind their product. The springs arrived quickly and so far so good. I wanted to update with a better overall rating for their customer service. I hope this is the fix we need.
**Update**. Manufacturer is sending a complete set of new springs. I will update as to durability once we are able to replace them all and test it. The manufacturer was very gracious and wanted Another chance to make things right.
14 ft trampoline. We have never had this happen with any other trampoline we have owned. Within a day of putting the trampoline together, my children noticed sagging of the mat because of springs that were extended and would not hold their shape. The was permanently sagging in the middle because the springs would not tighten. I reached out to the manufacturer and after many many emails providing pictures of the springs that affected over half of the trampoline and they sent us new springs (only half). Now a few weeks later the trampoline is doing the same thing. We are keeping to well under the weight limit on the trampoline and are still having issues.
