Weve had this for several months now, and its holding up well, and our kid loves it! It created so much more space in the bedroom, and looks great! Good deal and was easy to put together.
The other reviewers are correct. The product is good but badly shipped and the assembly instructions are the worst Ive ever seen.
My box came ripped and one shelf was damaged.
The only way to tell which screw is which is to count how many of each you got and infer their item number that way: the pictures are not informative in the slightest. Similarly, not all parts on the diagram are labeled and you have to infer the piece youre using from whatever was relevant on the prior page.
Once assembled, its a bit wobbly with all bolts tightened, but not at all at risk of collapse. A few shims should fix it up. I love it space saver I am back to buy another one.
I disliked that the product arrived damaged, paint chipped, wood cracked and dented. The most damaged were the shelves. The shelves are not wood, it looks like mdf, and is falling apart. But, I like that the loft bed is not too high and my teenager loves it. It seems sturdy. I hope there is a way of the company replacing the damaged pieces. Easy directions.

And a few none support boards were split. I sent an email to the manufacturer to see what they can do about the broken parts. Once I hear from them, Ill probably adjust this to 5 stars.

The manufacturer sent replacement parts and now the bednis perfect. UPS rough handled the first package and company made it right. 5 stars. Excellent product!
Worked out very well. You can configure the desk for in or outside of frame. Sturdy enough to hold about 200 pds. Something similar at other places was about double the price and not as nice looking. Bought two great value for the money, durable.
Purchased this bed for my 9 year old daughter. Overall very happy with it. It took me just under 4 hours to assemble alone. It is solid wood and the ladder doesnt have uncomfortable steps. I climbed up to test it and it seems very sturdy.
I knocked 1 star off because it arrived with a broken shelf and NO INSTRUCTIONS. I had disassembled her old bed and unpacked this bed to assemble and no instructions. No customer service for the manufacturer on the weekend. I filled out the form to request missing/broken parts. I received the shelf the following Friday and they emailed me instructions.
We are pleased with the bed, just check and make sure you have all the parts. Great Product.
This loft bed gave my daughter much needed space in her small room. My husband (not very handy) and I were able to put it together in about 3 hours. The pieces were all marked and the directions were surprisingly clear given there were no written instructions. The bed is very sturdy, all 3 of my kids were up there with a combined weight of about 200 pounds. We are very happy with our purchase!! Nice!
My ten year old loves this bed! He has plenty of room to do his work underneath, keep his figures in place, and has a cool little nook up top. It took about 3 hours to put together, and was relatively easy. The only con is it is not as sturdy as Id like. I dont feel like its going to crumble to the ground, but its pretty shaky when more than 100 pounds is up top. And I definitely made sure to tighten all the screws. I like it.

This was relatively easy to put together, but definitely needs two people and a couple hours time. Everything was in perfect condition except for the corner of one shelf that had a bit of damage, but nothing major. It feels really sturdy and seems well made. My daughter loves all the extra space she has now! Wow!! This was a great buy!!
