Bed frame came is great packaging with no damage. Its a two person assembly which took about 4 hours. Each part is numbered which makes the assembly process very straight forward. Make sure you layout every part and group by number. There are a number of screws and bolts so it helps to set them out and label their numbers. It will help you grab the screw/ bolt when following the instructions if they are labeled and set out.
It is sturdy and didnt make much noise when my 6 year old son was moving around in it.
Quality of the product is excellent and I am glad I didnt buy a cheaper bed. The only con is that there is no covering under the bunk bed so when under it you can see the frame and mattress. It takes away the look when you are under it. I have to figure out how to cover it. Other than that, I highly recommend this bed/ excellent look with quality material. It was easy.
Delivery was a little slow to get here. The product is very sturdy and easy to put together. Only suggestion would be if the company could do a better job of labeling the hardware, possibly separating them in the plastic bags and labeling the bags with the bolt sizes. It took extra time trying to make sure you are using the correct bolts when putting it together. Overall we are very satisfied with the loft bed works great.
I bought this loft bed for my 9 year old daughter to create more space in her shared room. I love the shelves (she has a lot of books). My husband and I took quite a few hours to assemble the bed, but it was fairly easy the instructions were pretty clear. Its just time consuming takes lots of patience, but its worth it. Super sturdy! I researched many loft beds for a while before finding this one this is one of the best Ive seen. Worth every penny. My daughter love it!!!
The bed is great looking and seems to be good quality. As mentioned in other reviews the directions could use some help but all in all everything went together smoothly. The only complaint I have is that the shelving for the portion had damage to the corners. This is due to improper packaging material that protects the ends of the package during shipping. Even with this issue Im pleased with the quality of the bed, highly recommend to those looking for a versatile bed with a desk. Love it.
The product came with one damaged panel and just rcvd a replacement part today. My loft is dark gray but the replacement came in white. It took more than two months and came in wrong color. I appreciate for the sellers efforts anyway in this COVID/19. My kid loves the loft bed. Its bit wobbly but the product seemed strong. Save some money and buy this.
Very very nice bed! Worth the money once youre able to assemble it. Somehow we were short one screw so the hubby had to make a trip to the hardware store. Took about an entire half of a day to build with the kids. Looks absolutely gorgeous! Expected.
We had to make our own holes to install the railing and take apart the straps on the slats because it was about an inch too short.
The hardware is not labeled either.

Product came broken
Several pieces came broken and cracked. Very disappointed. I was told pieces can only be replaced by manufacturer.
