    Waste of money

Not only do the screws fall out every other day from various places but also from the ladder. My sons have gotten hurt in their beds because this poor design. You cant even always see when the ladder screws are loose to know to tighten it, so coming down from the bed is like playing Russian roulette. The retainers holding the screws for the ladder are broken now because of the recurring loose screw issue, so the ladders are now literally only holding on by zip ties. Extremely pissed and disappointed. Complete waste of money.

Poor Quality Product and Poor Customer Service

the choice recommendation I purchased this loft bed. I expected the quality to be reduced due to the price and make of the bed, but this loft bed is incredibly poor quality. The indented in while gently screwing the pieces together by hand. One of the rails came damaged (side piece of the loft bed), two of the rungs were completely dented in and the paint chipped off. I contacted customer service immediately, but did not receive a reply for about 2 weeks. When finally contacted by customer service, I provided pictures of the damaged part and the part itself per their request. It took 4 weeks before the part came in the mail / which was the wrong part, even after providing them with the correct name and picture of the part needed. The bed is unstable and tends to rock and wiggle when my daughter gets into it. The best part about the bed is the desk and shelving which my daughter loves. Ive learned my lesson that cheaper is never better. In the future, I will not purchase any products from this seller and I will stick to high quality wood for all our beds.

This bed is just ok. it is very thin

This bed is just ok.I was expecting it to be very thick and durable as their prior beds were but it was also a huge price difference by couple 1000 bucks. So I got what I paid for. I tighten the bolts as much as it would allow and the bed still squeaks every time my son moves on it. It is a very high bed. Make sure it has a room with high ceilings as my sons head touches the ceiling when he sits upon it.

The concept of it is great once put together it is sturdy however it does

Does take about 4 hours to assemble. The concept of it is great once put together it is sturdy however it does shake when climbing the ladder and when on the bed . It is higher than expected my son is 10 and about 48 an hits his head on ceiling when climbing over the bar to get in bed. The ladder does not come with padding so it does hurt the feet when going up and down. It is a great dpace saver and like i said a great concept but i dont think its worth the money . I feel as if i just spent about 300 on basically shelves .

    Not super practical for kids

We got two of these for my fiances sons who were 5 and 7 when we bought these. 1. These were pretty annoying to put together / at one point we realized that we had put something on backwards and had to undo a bunch of pieces in order to backtrack and reassemble it. 2. Theyre a little rickety / we thoroughly tightened all of the pieces but yet the beds still squeak when they climb up into them and when they move around in them. At first I was thought the noise they made would drive me nuts but now I think Ive gotten used to it and dont notice it as much anymore. 3. As other people have noted, the ladder hurts your feet when you climb up it. 4. Theres no entrance from the ladder into the bed / you have to climb over the railing to get in and out. You can see this in the picture of the product but for some reason it didnt register with me before we bought these. Im amed that the kids can get out of the bed okay because every time Ive climbed up there, climbing back down is quite awkward and frankly, a bit scary! 5. These are really tall beds. We didnt want mini loft beds because we want the kids to be able to sit at the desks underneath comfortably to do their homework, but the result is that when theyre in the beds theyre really close to the ceiling! We adults cant sit up in the beds without hitting the ceiling but they canfor now. 6. Their stuff looks so cluttered underneath these beds because the shelves mean that toys and books are just scattered about on them instead of stashed neatly inside bins. Yes, its obvious that the bed has shelves and not drawers or bins but Im just pointing this out because it kind of took me by surprise how messier these actually make the room look because of those shelves. Basically I dont recommend these, especially for younger kids. When the 5 year old got up there the first time he seemed scared since it was so high up and I was surprised because he normally likes to climb all over everything, but I shouldnt be surprised / these really are tall beds. He got over it pretty quickly but the first night that we had these I felt like wed made a huge mistakeIm still unsure that they were a good purchase

    Not to pleased, its ok

This item came damaged and it looked as though it was already used, but besides those disappointments it is usable, easily put together sturdy, all parts was there. Very poorly packaged. Ok, not to pleased. The only important thing is that my child is safe in that bed and it wont fall apart. I wanted to return it but to much of a hassle.

    So not sturdy

Good for its value. I bought this for my kid. She is scared to climb up the ladder. Is it a ladder? It moves and makes all kinds of noises when climbing and sitting in the bed. She moves while sleeping and it makes noise. Smh worst bed ever!! It also came dented and scratched out the box. I wish I could get my money back.

Good bed, but wobbles and squeaks a lot

Strong one. Bought for my 8 yr old daughter. It has everything she wants, but I have had to create and install my own cross bracing to stop it from wobbling and squeaking. The round bar design is not as solid as the rectangle one we bought 7 yr old son.
