This bunk bed was exactly what I needed. It is made of very solid materials. The only downside is the assembly takes a long time but is doable. It took longer than we anticipated but the end product was worth it.
So much storage we ended up having a few empty drawers! Who wouldve thought? And my three year old loves it, he likes to jump from the second step. Great bed
These bunk beds are beautiful! Everything was extremely well packaged. Double boxed with styrofoam and tissue paper. Our kids love them! I was surprised that I ordered bed through rather than a local furniture store-but Im pleased that I did! The assembly instructions and labels were easy to understand. I did manage to break a screw when assembling the ladder -lol-guess I didnt know my own strength. I would buy these again.
I like to think I can build things and this was a good enough effort. Take your time and sort your pieces and keep them labeled. Read directions completely to know what youre doing. Happy with results.
This bunk bed has turned out to be perfect for our three and six-year old boys. A few things to be aware of: the bed off-gassed for several weeks before the strong smell of wood paint/polish went away. It was almost unbearable the first week. I recommend unwrapping all of the wood pieces and leaving the somewhere to off-gas for a while before having your kids sleep in the bed. Also, it took my husband most of a day to assemble the bed. But now, its sturdy and prefect for what we wanted!

These are great!! Really sturdy. Only downside is you cant sit straight up on bottom bunk because there isnt enough room. Lots of storage!

I predrilled holes for drawer glides to make it easier. Not bad for a lady!
