Initially, I was worried that the seller forgot to send me some parts of the sofa.
After getting in touch with the seller, who was very kind and professional, they informed me that the rest of the packages would come the next day. And they did! The sellers customer service was great overall.
As for the assembly, it was pretty straightforward. The couch is lower than anticipated, but its comfortable!
Just received my order, it is easy to assemble, good value for money. It came in 2 boxes, the first box arrived the other day and I contacted the seller to know where is the other box. They responded and worked on the issue fast. The second box arrived yesterday and I assembled it, it fits perfectly in my entertainment area.
I got the bluish grey 7 seater, pretty color just as pictured. The soft backs will not last forever but the function and beauty of this couch will last. I have 2 kids, a baby on the way and their Dad and this is perfect. I am going to be ordering 2 more soft backs so all of the s have backs. My estimate like another reviewer is theyll last 3 years and we will just order new ones when they give out. I love they have that option!!!
Missing 4 legs for one (seat) and we just realized 2 days ago bc we had not put the couch together yet during our hectic move but I have messaged the seller. We had the s set up how we wanted but didnt assemble the backs and legs and it was fully functional just a little lower.
Not all of the tracking numbers are listed so dont freak out like I did, I messaged the seller and they got me those numbers and told me when to expect it. Great customer service from them so I am not freaking out about the legs, I know theyll get back to me in the next few days.
Absolutely happy with this couch and its great that I can turn it into a bed as well which is awesome for company and or to relax watching TV and reading its just aming

Ive bought many sofas over the years, and have always liked my purchases. However, hands down this is the best couch Ive ever bought for the price! I am so pleased. Company offers great customer service, it was easy to put together, it looks just like the pictures, and its the most comfortable small couch Ive ever sat on. We are all very pleased. I will most likely buy another , and will replace parts as needed as I have cats, and the ability to do that is another fantastic feature. Love my Sofa
