I really like this design. The couches are firm but not uncomfortable. The is soft and not scratchy at all. Easy to put together and change around. Medal brackets hold each together and then you attach arm/back. It does attach firmly. You can also have the extra s not attached. The pillows are separate. It would be comfortable as a bed for guests. The best part is the storage and customer service is responsive.
Doesnt go together perfectly. is not good if you have cats. It pulls easily and within a couple days our cat had pulled a bunch of threads from the corner. Next time Ill stick with microfiber. Color is not exactly as pictured, not quite as bright. Chaise is a bit short
Very easy to assemble, it even includes a screwdriver. One major issue that would be easy to fix, I even contacted the company but havent heard back. The back pillows are stored inside the seat uncovered so they were all discolored or dirty from being next to the internal hardware. Wrapping them in plastic would have solved this problem. Not sure if I am returning it or going to try to clean the pillows.

We were also sent a faulty leg for one of the s. It came with a bald screw. Factory mishap im sure and its being fixed. Will update if they actually send us a new part.
This is an inexpensive U shaped couch, it requires some effort to put it together but the form factor is interesting. Each part of the couch comes in a separate box and this package contains a few of the s, a few of the s plus pillows and the back pieces, and then a box with extra different shaped back pieces to make the corners, each piece is held on by metal pegs which you can slide into each of the two holes underneath the cushion. Each sectional is held to the adjacent sectional by a dual peg bracket, it feels pretty solid. Now my only complaint and its a big one, is the give of the back pieces, leaning back into the pillow you can feel the back piece lean a bit, I can see overtime the backs leaning or breaking, this might not be a problem if the back was supported by the wall but ours sits out a bit of a ways due to the floor heating elements. I have thought about a way to support it by bracing it against the wall using wood or some other material but this is a big draw back and makes me question the longevity of this couch system.

We could get it down the basement. We gave had major problems with other sectionals. This fit the bill for us
