I bought this because, while I really wanted a sectional in a fun color, I wasnt in the mood to be spending obscene amounts of money on one, in large part due to the fact that I dont really ever use couches, but also just because I have limited funds/ For that reason, this couch works great for me, but Im gonna try to be fair about it regardless.
First off, it arrived in several boxes, with each section coming in its own packaging, as well as the corner arms coming in their own packages. I was able to take the packages in from the sidewalk by myself, and assemble the whole thing in pretty short amount of time/ the instructions are simple, it came with plenty of extra parts, and was by far the most pleasant thing to build of all the furniture Ive gotten.
Every single section opens up with plenty of space in each. If youre choosing this sofa for being compact, this is probably great news since small spaces require some creative storage solutions. The corner piece may be a tad annoying to open (I have to open the to get the corner piece open) but it does still work.
Some other reviews mention the back and sides are clearly meant to go against a wall, and I can see that Theyre quite thin, and while each piece with a back comes with a pillow to cushion it, Im not especially confident theyd do aming if you stuck it in the middle of the room and used it for hours a day, that it would continue to hold up, but it feels comfortable enough right now.
Im a bit short, but I really dont enjoy lounging on most of the couch/ I can sit on it perfectly comfortably, but if I want to lean back and relax, it feels a bit too shallow/ For this reason I usually just lounge on the section with the , however I only have one of those/ I imagine if I ever wanted to watch a movie with someone else, though, I would really regret getting the version with only one . I wont dock points for this though, because it was my own choice to get the version with only one instead of two. You can also buy just the separately if you wish.
As for if you should get this sofa I think if I had the chance to go back in time and choose a sofa again, I would still choose this one/ As scathing as this review may seem, it does its job for me beautifully, looks nice (it will probably look much better once I have throw pillows on it), and has tons of storage on top of being cheap/ Its ratio of comfort to style is perfect for me, and while not everyone will have the same priorities as I do, I think if youre on a budget, you should absolutely consider this one.
My wife had showed me this set, and I was hesitant at first. We ended up buying it, and I have to say I am really impressed. The function is awesome, and they are actually really comfortable. If I had to knit pick, when using the backs if you apply too much pressure it will give and eventually break, but if you take care of it like you should and not abuse it, it is no problem. I have slept on it and it was perfectly fine but it is not a true bed I would want to use long term. As for us, this purchase was great. No issues. We have had it now for few months now. Great job!
Couch came pre assembled, just had to screw the legs in by hand and used a drill for the walls. Very easy assembly, done in about 30 minutes. I like the system with the metal pieces allowing you to attach and unattach pieces of the couch easily. I had a slight issue with one of the walls not sitting properly so I emailed customer service and they handled it very quickly and sent me a new piece and it arrived within a few days.
I didnt expect much for this price but was a totally surprise. Perfect for a studio or small space, really comfy and very stylish for a modern apartment.
Love the color and the fabric. Firm enough. Easy to clean my 4 years old put some markers lines and I wiped it off with a wet wipe (those that kill bacteria) came off in a minute.
We managed to assemble with no problem. Pre/drilled holes were right where they should be. Cushions fluffed up well in 48 hours. A firm sit and 78 allows me to lie down (Im 5 tall) and my husband can lie down on it too (he is 62)! Great price and we love the flexibility of the configuration.
I like that the pieces are movable, and I can change my sectional according to what Im hosting at my house. If I had the space, Id order another. Getting ready to purchase 2 additional s. It was easy to assemble.
This couch is the bomb its awesome it was easy to build one person me and the cushions are wrinkled the first day by the time I pulled out my steamer on the third day they had already come out. Its much more comfortable than you imagine. I love it dont hesitate to get it just do it
