Not too hard to assemble overall good choice for your money ! Have kids so expecting it to last only a couple years ! Had no issues service was actually pretty good they called us the day before telling us what time they would come ,delivery was great too! They helped bring the huge boxes into our house overall good experience
The seller was great to work with, although I experienced some delivery issues, overall the seller made sure that I received the correct sections. Additionally, upon assemblying my pillows there were no instructions that matched the shape and size of each cushion and or pillows and I had to figure that out on my own. Nonetheless, I love being able to take each section apart for relocation purposes. I cushions are not as comfortable and cushiony as desired and expected. It looks great! but the cushions could be better.
This is a very cute couch it comfy but when unboxing it and putting it together really difficult I would have never payed for the price of this couch if I knew that it was so difficult putting together the instructions or not very clear they dont put letters or numbers to show u what pieces go together it took me and my boyfriend almost the whole day trying to puzzle everything together Im very un happy with this product
The assembly did not take long. One cushion cover was not completely sewn together. I notified the company and within a week I had a new cover. The couch is great. Just wish the seats were a little wider. We really like the couch
This is an awesome couch! Only took me and my gf 45 min to put together. Its the perfect size for our little apartment and its super comfortable to sit/lay on! The coffee table ottoman and extra storage space is also awesome! Would definitely recommend this couch
Its soft, its durable, its long lasting. Its a couch. NOT a cardboard piece of crap that breaks in short order like Ive bought before. Its a REAL couch. Firm and comfy.
I suggest that when you remove the seat cushions from the air tight seal that they arrive in that you immediately place them inside the covers and let them expand overnight. It makes it easier to put them into the covers.
