This couch looks great as pictured, its very firm and comfy at the moment, but I worry that the cusions will not hold up long. If your a heavier set person I wouldnt recommend it. There are no zips on any of the covers so you can wash or replace the cousin on the inside. The couch looks great but we shall see how long it holds up.

Pros:
I realize that I hadnt read the product information well enough because I was surprised that the legs were real wood (and beautifully stained).
Each included customer picture showed the sectional sitting along a wall. I was concerned that it was an indication that the product was too weak to stand alone. I tend to place furniture in the center of the room and am pleased to say that this product stands firmly without needing to be braced. I so appreciate the photos, fellow verified buyers. They really helped me make the decision to buy. So glad I did. The jet black fabric is beautiful. It has a tuxedo finish and is just gorgeous. It is complimented by the nails head trim and looks far more expensive than it is.
So far, the back is surprisingly strong with only two bolts holding down each section. There is no creaking with this product. I wouldnt advise trying to sit on one of the arms or the back of the sofa, however.
The ottoman is HUGE! The size of the ottoman makes the sectional feel modular. The seats are not very deep, as with most sectionals, so when my grandson fell asleep on the sofa, I pushed the ottoman next to it and doubled the sleeping space. I placed the ottoman next to the chaise and nearly doubled its width as well as the length of the space from the back of the sofa to the front of the ottoman, it makes a huge corner. I use the length of the ottoman to make a second chaise opposite the real chaise. This will give cut down on the fight for the chaise on move mights! Using the length, the makeshift chaise is nearly the same length as the actual chaise. I have actually used the ottoman as a table as well. Love the flexibility of this product.
The linking pins are included in the purchase. They connect the sofa and chaise. Even still there is a little slippage since the connection is not a tight one. Its not loose enough to worry about slipping through, but you may lose a few coins, here and there.

The fabric is beautiful, but the color allows you to see every fallen crumb and since I have a furbaby, every dog hair shows as well. It does clean up easily.
The fabric is not a natural fabric, as indicated in the description. At this price point, it wouldnt expect the fabric to be natural fiber. The fabric can be a little stiff.
When putting it together, it is better to dry fit the pieces after you put the bolts in the sofa backs, to make sure you understand where everything goes. The directions arent the worst, but they arent that great, either. It is easy enough to figure out.
Im soooooo in love with my new sectional couch it was worth it even though it took me long to read the instructions but after I finally understood it I started putting it together it was worth the money for sure Im extremely happy with my purchase and will buy again for sure thank you
I love this item. yes, they left it at the curb and wouldnt bring inside but there was only one driver, so not sure how he wouldve done that. I broke it down and brought it in one box at a time. It came in 3 boxes that were a little heavy for me. But I bought this because i smoke and my last microfiber couch showed every little ash mark and burned easily. This does not and is a thick material. Secondly, I bought this because it has no springs! My last couch had springs poking through after one year. Also this is big, almost 8 feet long, not small. Next is the first 2 cushions on the couch part are the exact same size, so if you sit in the same place like i do, you can switch occasionally to prevent dents in the cushions which i have not seen so far. I recommend this product to all smokers. One thing though! Dog hair really shows and i have 2 white dogs so i cant let them on the couch anymore, which im fine with. And lastly, it took me 20 minutes to put together, moving at a slow pace, not bad for girl...lol.
I love this sectional. Its gorgeous. The stock photos dont do it justice. The quality is really good and many people cant believe we paid less than $900 for it!! I took away a star for two reasons: 1. The instructions are horrible. Pieces are not labeled correctly so it made the assembly quite complicated. Also one of the pieces didnt have the necessary hole drilled so we had to create a hole. 2. The delivery company was very prompt in scheduling the delivery, but they literally just dropped the boxes on a crate in our driveway. They couldve taken their big crate back with them!! Other than that I dont have any complaints and Im quite content!!
Really comfy sofa, easy to assemble. Parts come in 80lb, 80lb and 28lb boxes, fits comfortably through doors, on loading elevators etc. Great packaging and innovative space saving by putting cushions etc inside sofa boxes covered by Velcro.
I loved everything about the order, the shipment the sectional everything was amazing. The only issue was the instructions which I didnt use. Fits perfectly with the space and color of my accessories. Definitely will buy again.
