I do love these chairs -- but some of them do not sit flat and it really dampens our enjoyment of them. Interestingly, the MaxFind says there is a solution and they even sent me an email with the instructions. The images that go with the instructions did not come through, though, and I can't complete the instructions without them! I replied, asking for the images. They never replied. A few weeks later, I replied to an email they sent and again -- the images didn't come through. I emailed them asking for the images and never heard back. I wonder if the images even exist.

These chairs although plastic are comfortable to sit in. The unique design is attractive to look at. We're using one in a spare bedroom and the other in our office. Nice decent thickness to the white plastic.
I can report that one of the tabs had to be bent a little as it initially would not mate with the hole to screw it in.
Pleasantly surprised with the quality, appearance, and comfort of these chairs. They were easy to put together. We bought the 4-set and then liked it so much we immediately got 2 more to round out the table. We have a modern wood dining table and these go beautifully with it.
I received the chair couple days ago, it's simple enough to assemble by yourself. More stable than other versions I saw before. Will consider to purchase another 2..
