I needed a narrow cabinet for my windows storm covers (Florida beach area), and this was a perfect solution. It was very easy to put together. If you've put together any modern furniture, it's no problem at all. I didn't use both shelves it came with, but if you do and need more, you could easily buy a wood plank, some of those shelf holder things that go into holes and add as many as you need.
The two pictures show a closer look, and a more distant one to clearly shows it's scale compared to other items in my utility room.
I have never, and never will trust particle board. I had a group of these cabinets for 15 years in my old house, Decided to put this in my new one. The key (for my fellow particle-board-haters) is to install a strip (1x2) on the wall (using cabinet screws into studs) that this will sit on during the install and after
I live in a condo with no coat or utility closet. For 4 years Ive had my vacuum, swiffer and other items just hanging out in my dining area/hallway. I am glad I purchased this to conceal the eyesores. It is super heavy and was easy to build. Took me maybe 45 minutes by myself without power tools. My only complaint is that none of the parts were labeled so I accidentally swapped the top and base boards when I built it. You cant tell so its not a big deal, but just double check you are attaching the right pieces.
