We received the shipment within days of each other there were very minor scratches to one of the drawers but over all happy with the product. It is not the best quality wood but it is worth the $400 we spent.
Assembly was easy enough (according to my husband).
We are very happy with this bed except for one thing. The support L-shaped wooden posts that were to go under the bed slat area for extra support are cut to the wrong size. About 2 inches too long, so now I have to go to the trouble of finding someone with a circular saw or seomthing and get these cut down and do precise measurements, take all the mattress and bedding back off the bed to get them installed because I didnt want to wait to put the whole thing together -as it was my daughter waited 2 months for a bed. Other than that, happy with the bed.
I absolutely lover this bed. Great quality. I love the storage drawers under the trundle. Beautiful wood. It did some in several boxes which did not arrive on the same day. One of the pieces was cracked and they mailed us a new piece free of charge. Great service. I highly recommend because the look of this bed is great.
The only thing i dont like is that the trundle isnt on a type of rail to guide it back under the bed. But in all fairness, i couldnt found one that has that capability. The bed frame is great. I recieved my headboard damaged and the company sent me a replacement headboard quickly and easily. I definately recommend this bed.
