Its hard to find many frame choices in the twin XL size--very pleased with this one. Does NOT squeak when you sit on it like the metal bed frame its replacing. Attractive with a nice finish, seems sturdy (after one night, but doesnt seem like it would get wobbly, either, based on the hardware), was easy to put together--my teenager did it (but it was necessary to have two people to position the wood pieces w/o damaging). We plan to buy the same bed in a different finish for another sons room. I would actually be interested in this frame in a king for myself.
So far this bed is great! Im a little nervous that the slats are wooden, as my kids are not the most gentle. This was not hard to put together, and it looks great! Definitely need a bed 8 inches or less in the trundle portion.

Decent bed. Tall with mattress on. Drawers (used for jammies) didnt last longer than a year and a half. Had to put new screws and tape to fix the rollers to the drawers to continue to use them.
my wife put this together by herself. it came in 4 boxes. it was odd that one of the boxes(side rails( had the size king/queen on it but it ended up being the correct size. it didnt take too long to put together either. all of the hardware came with extra so dont worry when you end up with extra of everything. it came with long and short legs for the footboard. overall we are quite happy with it. our 9 year old son loves it. it is meant to be used without a box spring but can be adapted if you decide to use one.
