Negatives include: casters dont lock (keeping it stable when opening and closing), interior drawer isnt flush in order to install interior components such as pencil holders, etc.
All in all works great for a portable file cabinet for my job trailer.
So, I got this cabinet, it comes assembled for the cabinet, but you have to put the wheels on. Im fairly savvy when it comes to putting things together, so maybe I did a really quick read of the directions. I didnt find the directions to be quite dummy proof and had I not re/read the directions I could have messed up the installation of the wheels. Not a big deal, but took me a few extra minutes. So, the locking mechanism is a little light on true security, but it would keep your kids out. Because of the price, I dont think this is a safe, but a cabinet to keep honest people out. So, far it has worked good in my office, hasnt tipped over when I pull out just the top drawer, I have had some that did. Good value for the price, I would purchase again.
if you are looking for an inexpensive, quality product. Price was better than right, and the attached wheels are a big positive selling point for my home use. If I have need for a second file storage unit I would re/order this product.
Shipment was on time, arrived undamaged with a small amount of assembly required. If youre good with a tool, screwdriver, give yourself 15 minutes to attach the dolly wheels. All/in/ all, I am pleased with this purchase.

Very durable and keeps my files organized. It also has a set of castors which makes it easy to move around.
