Damaged legs and lid

My ottoman storage coffee table came today. All four of the screws in legs are damaged. I am hopeful you will send replacement legs. And in addition the lid doesnt close tightly on one end. It show hardware.

After lots of research, I finally decided on this bench for the foot of my bed. It is beautiful! Looks very high end, very sturdy and is not too low like so many others seemed to be. The light gray is a beautiful neutral and the bench provides tons of storage for my workout equipment!! Im thrilled with this purchase!!

Arrived damaged

Just received this today and there were 2 big holes punched through the bottom of the shipping box which had smashed through the bottom of the ottoman. Very disappointed in the shipping companies these days. Getting a replacement sent out and hopefully it will arrive in one piece. The ottoman is nice though and the top is pretty comfortable.

Placed at foot of bed. Used for storage and for our small to be able to jump on it and jump onto and off of our bed
