I really love this bench! It is the perfect size for my entry way. My family places their shoes in the beautiful woven baskets when we are all together. That means no tripping over shoes and looking for shoes when its time to go. It is also a very attractive addition to our decor.
The bench overall is good and cute. However the assembly of the cushion lid got unhinged from the storage box, we had to basically put it together and make sure that the other hinges were in place.
This was perfect for my bedroom window nook. Solid to sit on and perfect storage for my weighted blanket. Took 2 minutes to screw on the feet and done!

First things first / It does have a decent amount of storage capacity. I can fit 5/6 throws in this. YAY.
Now, things that you need to know: The linen cloth coverage is ridiculously thin and cheap feeling. It was already torn when we took it out of the box, and not from shipping. This was a wear through tear from being covered, period.
Three of the four standing legs went on fine. Theres even wedge/washers that can be threaded on to help balance it out. However, the last spot to screw a leg on I dunno know who prepped it but it was not their A game. Or B game. Or C game. They managed to place the screw slot and then nail the edging over it. FAIL.
So now my husband and I are looking at this thing, that I paid a little extra for, hoping for better quality and trying to decide if we should cut our losses and buy a new one. We did take the legs off and now we have a box with a pillow top. I cant call it sturdy / the sides are kind of thin. Id trust the under 10 crowd to be able to sit on it safely, but not an adult.
Im giving it 2 stars because it does do what I bought it for originally / which is to hold throws. I took off 1 star for the poor cloth quality, 1 star for the tear around the one corner and 1 star because we cant even get the legs on.
Long story short, PASS ON THIS.
Its beautiful wood and the baskets are well made and the cushion is perfect for sitting to put shoes on or whatever. We are using it for dog leashes and for dog toys. We love it.
