Compact when folded, it sits against a wall without being obtrusive. Then unfold it to a large enough for four round table. Have it in my one room treehouse. Excellent!
First impression is that this is a very nice table inexpensive or otherwise. Assembly instructions were easy to follow and all hardware was as it was suppose to be. Took around 30 minutes to assemble. I did find another wrench to tighten the legs but the allen wrench included was good for the other bolts. It is indeed lighter stained wood than shows in the picture. A few shades lighter actually, now, i hope that the chairs I ordered will match. Nice looking table and just what I needed for the small kitchen space i have for the table.
This table is great quality for the price! I was looking for this exact style, and was very happy to find this unfinished version for the price / cheaper than similar tables available at IKEA, but of particle board. My boyfriend was able to easily put together the table, and both of us worked together to apply the stain (Minwax). We used four coats of wipe/on poly (also Minwax). We bought this table as a game table for the upstairs loft area, and loved it so much that we bought another for the kitchen breakfast nook. I highly recommend this table!

Fixtures are installed firmly. Bolts are snug. The wood is not solid. lots of 2/and/3 inch pieces molded together.
The wood sands well, and you should sand it first if you intend to stain it. The stain takes a very long time to set. I believe this is because the wood is rubberwood. that is, wood from the rubber tree. But, it looks fantastic now that its stained!!
Looks good, easily assembled, just wish it had a little more weight to remain in place, it easily gets pushed around just from slightly leaning on it, but overall happy with the purchase.
my cherry table was orange, more like with a lot of orange. also, it looked a little too sawdust/bar for me. but I gave it a three because even though the color was not as stated it was heavy wood, well packaged, and what it said it was (besides the color). I returned.
I got this table through the warehouse deals, and it certainly was a deal! It took me about 25 minutes to assemble. I can fit 4 dining chairs around it. The finish is nice, a semi/matte. I have the Tadpole Black Chandelier hanging over it and it looks stunning.

I like this table, it is a little small for what i was going to use it for. for the cant beat it.
fits our needs
It is a great table but needs to be polished as it is a little rough on the top/ wood needed a finer sanding= easy to put together
