Received the table in perfect condition. On reading other comments of the product, decided to complete some of the finishing before I fully assembled it. Glad I did. I didnt get one of the legs all the way down and it was a little wobbly, but just fine after a little adjustment. The s are great space savers.
This fits my need for a small seating space well. I have it with one open and it is quite stable. It does feel less stable when both sides are down. The wood is well finished. Note the boards on the top do not run the full length/ the joints are zigzagged together which is visible. The table was easy to assemble and the only needed tool was included. Most of the packaging was recyclable.
I am not qualified to speak on ease of assembly, because my brother put the table together. But it is the perfect size to fit in my small kitchen space, and can be expanded, obviously, if extra people are coming for dinner. Cute and sturdy.
Absolutely beautiful table. The wood is perfect. I purchased this with a set of 2 dining chairs by Ashley Furniture and it makes a great set. The table DID come with a large scratch, due to transportation I bet, but the seller was able to replace it free of charge.

Excellent quality
This is an excellent table, heavy wood, well painted, with a semi/lustrous sheen and easy put together.
