I debated between 3 and 4 stars, but since its overall a great product I said four. First of all, it was supposed to be sent within 2 days. It took them 2 days alone to prep the shipment. When I got the shipment it was VERY well packed. Honestly the best and most protected packing from any company Ive ordered online from (Im an avid online shopper). However, the footboard is slightly discolorated in places and came to me warped. I was able to fit it into place (barely) so decided the return for just one piece wasnt worth it, especially since its mainly bugging my OCD than the structure itself. If built correctly, this bed will not fall apart on you as some reviewers have said. That made me very weary of the purchase but it is very sturdy. The headboard is way smaller than I expected. My fault for not reading thoroughly but I think it should be made another six or so inches taller. Beautiful bed however, structurally sound, and Im happy overall. I would have given 5 stars if it were timely shipped. That ticked me off since I had to go another few days with the mattress on the floor that wasnt expected. I also think the company should put numbered stickers on every piece instead of just a few to make for easier assembly. It took me a while to decipher almost identical pieces apart from each other. I was never good at those coloring books that tell you to spot the minor differences. I ended up making my boyfriend do the rest after I figured out the pieces.
Completed, the bed looks great. I love the posh look of the upholstery. We got a memory foam mattress and the frame supports it beautifully. The instructions were easy enough to follow, though I would have liked to see fewer plastic pieces in the structure. Excellent quality for the price!
This bed is nicer than both my husband and I thought it would be! It went together easily by following each step of the directions and looks great in the newly remodeled room. It is sturdier than expected.
This bed is great!! I gotta say that assembly is not hard to do but there is a lot of bolts and nuts i am pretty saavy assembling furniture but this bed took me about 3hrs to complete. Be aware of the struts as they go one way only in the assembly and make sure they are on the right position before screwing the lock nuts which they are hard to remove once they are in. There was a review here about been to hard to fold the bed once you have open the storage comparment and that person is correct, the pressure on the struts seems to make it hard to fold, i am not saying is a bad thing to me is OK but it may be hard for some to apply a bit of extra muscle every time you push down the bed back in place. Mounting the mattress holder to the strut assembly was hard, you need an 2 person to asemble that part. I try by myself and i place a bolt to keep it in place but the weight bent the bolt and broke it and BTW there is NO spare parts.

Okay the price was right for this bed.
Storage is spacious and works as described.
The texture of the bed was good.
It looks solid and good quality with minor details.
It looks nice after assembly and the edges are soft.
Cons:
The strut bolt mount TURNS while fastening and removing nut (There is NO counter hold.)
There is NO spare parts.
Important Note To Seller: The struts bolts mounts turn at the same time you are fastening the nut into the bolt and the bolt mount does not have a counter hold to grip while fastening therefore making it extremely hard to fasten and remove the nuts. It extendend my assembly time 45min since i first mount the struts the wrong position and the nuts were not coming off as i hace to use pliers to hold the mount to counter my wrench to remove the nut.
Love the look of this bed. Very sturdy (albeit a multitude of pcs to put together/but thats what makes it so sturdy).When we were putting the bed together we noticed a small nick on the corner of the headboard. It was approx an 1/8 so we didnt send it back and are keeping our fingers crossed that it doesnt worsen. Beautiful bed.

I didnt like the wood and the plastic it has to put in its weak But the rest is ok
