The bed is nice I put it together myself not so difficult but then Im a very handy type woman. Its not but its nice. I wanted the bed higher off the floor so I added some wood legs to it. I didnt like the ones it came with. Overall its good got the price nice looking .
Considering all the parts, this was relatively easy to put together. It is also nicely made with pretty .
We had 2 people working on it for the first hour a 3rd joined in for the last hour which helped make assembly quicker. We also called the 800 to ask about pushing the frame down at the end as it was pretty stiff. She told us to push hard it has loosened up for easy closer now. The underside fits so much / this is especially perfect for smaller apartments with limited storage. I may buy one for our guest room!
Assembly was easy and seamless, all necessary hardware was included. The design is however less than ideal for thick/deep mattresses of 19/innches or more. The mattress/set which I intended to use left just 6/inches of headboard because they were so high.
I love this bed! I was expecting it to be cheap, but it was perfect. I love the storage, I really needed it. I store extra blankets and clothes under these. Warning, It is very hard to put together and help is needed in some areas of the puzzle.
This bed is a great product and provides storage we needed.
There are 3 reasons why I cannot give it 5 stars.
1) Im told it had a terrible smell for days. I didnt notice it but other people in our house couldnt stand to be in the same room as it.
2) The measurements for how much storage capacity you have are not given clearly anywhere, and there is a central bar that drops lower than the rest of the frame.
3) The assembly was planned poorly. Allen wrench with hundreds of tiny screws that are so close to corner edges that you cant use a screw gun.
Aside from these annoyances in the initial setting up we think its a great product overall.
Lots of room under the mattress to store stuff. I havent slept on it yet but putting it together wasnt too bad and the design seems great.
Ill update if anything changes but as of right now, Im happy!

Im not going to say it didnt take a couple hours to hours a lot of organizing to assemble/it did. However the end result was a well made sturdy piece of furniture that would have easily cost more than double without my efforts. Also my wife only had to assist once / the rest I was able to do alone
This bed is an absolute winner. I was VERY hesitant to purchase this, as I obviously wasnt able to see one in/person, but its definitely a gamble that was 100 worthwhile. I heard enough nightmares about others who purchased beds from and other places that were particle board, and not high quality, a nightmare to put together, etc.and I didnt want to have to go through that. This bed is sturdy, comes with ALL the hardware you need, and the storage underneath is a dream for someone like me who lives in an apartment with roommates, and doesnt have a ton of extra space to spare.
The headboard and footboard are a really nice , and the mechanism is really easy to lift once you put a mattress on itif anything, you have to be careful when pulling it back down because the gravity from the mattress slams it down pretty fast, so just be wary of that.
Id say the only downside is if you want to move this to a different area in your room, youve got to be careful not to push or pull too hard on the bottom section, because while it is sturdy, its not meant to be handled there or have excessive weight put in those specific areas.
All in all, Im over the moon about my purchase, and will update in case theres any issues that may arise. But so far, its very stylish, and does everything it was designed to do. Even the delivery came cry early! They said between 1/5, and instead it was like 9AM in the morning (they called to let me know, of course, but it was a surprise nonetheless).
