The assembly was not easy despite the instructions being detailed. The screws would strip just from tightening. Great for small rooms that need space . LOVE LOVE!!
Looks nice, but is lightweight and squeaks a lot. We put rubber washers between the metal pieces to try to cut down on the sound, but we still hear every time my daughter moves in her bed. ok value for the money
Got this for my 5 year old. She absolutely loves it. The only thing I would have liked is the ladder be a tad bit wider, but overall its very nice and makes her room feel so much bigger. Value is good for the price
I bought 2 of these. Unfortunately only one arrived. This is not s fault. UPS lost the package. I found one used locally and went ahead and bought that. was very courteous and refunded my money on the lost one promptly. The bed itself is very sturdy and every part is labeled with a letter. They actually send some extra screws and miscellaneous parts in case you lose something. As far as assembly goes, it could be accomplished by one person, but it will be much easier with 2 people. They do provide you with an Allen wrench which will work if you dont have anything else, but the bolts are long and it will take forever that way. If you have a 1/4 drive socket wrench, the adapter and a 4mm Allen head, assembly will go much faster. Also, make sure you place the long rails at the top in the right directions. The long part of the slot goes up. Other than those couple of things the bed is great and the kids really like it. Nice for the price.
I recommend this to anyone who has a grown child that need more space and it unbelievable that she keeps her room much cleaner. And it so easy to assemble and must of all she loves it so much Exceeded my expectations
Set up with 2 average people took about 2 solid hours. Have to leave bolts finger tight/slightly loose until bed is fully assembled. Minor adjustments at the end. Bed is slightly creaky and has some movement when climbing up. 8 year old 100 lb girl sleeps on it every night with no issues or complaints. Still feels solid after 3 months of use. Ladder rungs hurt feet but not enough to change them. Very tall bed. We have 8 foot ceilings and barely enough head room to sit completely up. Plenty of space underneath to sit at desk. Would recommend if mainly for sleeping but not if planning to sit straight for long periods of time. Great for our purpose. As described by manufacturer. Arrived early. Good product for its value
