The chair is very comfortable. I feel the head and vibration in my lower back, in my hips , and in the back of my legs. Ive had it about a month and use the heat and vibration every day and sometimes up to 3times a day and have no problems Nice for the price.
They are smaller than we imagined but actually the right size for an adult. Not cozy but comfortable. The massage feature is loud and doesnt really do more than one of the features. At least they all seem the same. We do like the heating feature but it goes off quick. I think all and all for the price theyre ok. They are stylish with the nail head design and side pockets. Its a nice design though.

I loved the style of the chair and the massaging features werent uncomfortable. Im pregnant and it was working great, I believe a mechanism in the chair was defective and the chair started to break, I contacted customer support with pictures of the defect and the company immediately offered to send a replacement, which is already on its way and I just contacted them 2 days ago! Great customer service, I greatly appreciate that. I definitely do recommend this chair and recommend purchasing from this company. Good product for its value

Its great for a bedroom chair that isnt used often. I wouldnt recommend it if you wanted to use it on a daily basis just because its pretty stiff and creaks a little but for the price its fine Its a good product

As a senior, it is very difficult to push back into the reclining position. I was so excited to use it
