I loved the style of the chair and the massaging features werent uncomfortable. Im pregnant and it was working great, I believe a mechanism in the chair was defective and the chair started to break, I contacted customer support with pictures of the defect and the company immediately offered to send a replacement, which is already on its way and I just contacted them 2 days ago! Great customer service, I greatly appreciate that. I definitely do recommend this chair and recommend purchasing from this company. Good product for its value
