The one thing we have noticed is if you push yourself back from the counter / because the bottom is a nice non/marking bottom . it does tend to make it tip if you dont watch out LOVE LOVE!!
Love these! These are so nice and not flimsy like many bar stools I looked at. The seat and back are comfortable. We chose a smaller back so as to not overwhelm the space and theyre perfect, but I wouldnt recommend if you typically lean back at your bar. Exactly what I was looking for
These are nice bar stools but could be a bit more comfortable. The backs could be little higher. If you are heavy set I would not get them. They are expensive compared to other sites with the same style. Nice for the price.
So they look fine and are sturdy, but I have a abnormally high counter where these are to be used and I actually needed them to be 33 tall. Unfortunately, they are only 33 tall if there is no weight on them. When someone sits down, the gas piston compresses some (in my case, about 4). I havent decided yet if Im keeping them as a result.
These are really nice chairs. Im glad I went with the purchase. They are used on the island counter in my kitchen, and really do look good. However, I am somewhat leary about how stable they are if one was to really sit back in a lounging position in them. They feel a little flimsy even when putting your resting weight of your lower back on them. Im not one for tempting fate, so Ive not really tried to put them to the test of sitting back in them for a proed amount of time, but I do get a sense when sitting in them that you probably shouldnt push your luck. Im 511 and 185. They are nice though. Love the color and it was very comfortable
