Poor internal packaging, would not trust 350 lb rating

Package arrived with no external damages, but one of the main seat posts had the cardboard wrapping around the post scraped, and the paint finish is marred but not that visible. Description calls the post finish heavy duty chrome, but pictures correctly shows the frame is black. These stools are not flimsy, but not exceptionally sturdy either. Although rated for 350 lbs, I would not be comfortable allowing anyone over 250 lbs to use these in my . Annoying to get used to the seat drops a few inches when you sit down, and rebounds up when you stand up. It arrived on time

Surprised at the flexible uses for these stable, comfortable swivel chairs.

These swivel chairs are better than I has hoped. They seem very stable considering how lightweight they are, and easy to move around when you want to. The adjustable height means flexibility! Spare seats at the dining table. 64 friends comfortable at the counter when entertaining. Preschool grandkids help Grammy prepare food, decorate cookies, and do crafts from a comfortable seat at the counter with easy clean/up. Win! They shipped quickly, were packaged well, and arrived in excellent condition. Assembly took me about 15 minutes alone was not complicated. The photos added here show both chairs at the same height and then one at lowest one at highest. I think they look good. The only problem we encountered was with the height adjustment lever on one chair. The lever is held in place by two metal, curved/bent tabs. On one of the chairs, those tabs were not bent enough to keep the lever from toggling in all directions rather than just up/and/down, centered. So the loose lever did not trigger the pressure cylinder to raise the chair. So my sweet husband used a hammer to tap down the handle end of a screwdriver, set on the tabs, to bend them further and secure the lever. He did this on both chairs, just to be sure. Problem solved. Overall, we are exceedingly pleased with this purchase. I was so excited to use it

    Get what you pay for.

Cheap and definitely wouldnt be a lasting investment. A bit of an awkward angle to the seat back and not that comfortable. Quality of is very good other than this issue.

    Not stable at top height

I bought these for our apartment bar which has an extra/tall counter. These are almost tall enough, but then they arent very stable when fully extended. Materials are in OK condition, some areas that are scratched. I woudnt recommend them. I would be returning

Crooked backrest but otherwise nice looking.

Backrest on 3 of 4 crooked. Unable to adjust as they are fixed. Nice looking otherwise. I have to say Im pretty disappointed so far.

Finally a extra seating place for my place

4 screws per chair so simple like the look and height of you have a regulation size bar height and need a sturdy chair These say they hold up to 350 lbs so we shall put them to the test but overall great choice I would recommend for sure Everything is nice!

    Quality Control Issues

Overall, these barstools are very nice and seem sturdy. There is an issue where the seat back angles are different, however. Its hard to see when the chairs are photographed side by side. So to illustrate, I used a tape measure to show the difference in the angles. You really dont notice these things until after assembly, which by that time is too late. I dont believe the seats were bent in shipping, even though the box had some damage. (Shipped via US Postal Service.) I say this because I tried to bend one seat back to even it up with the other seat but it would not budge. During assembly, I had to use tweezers to remove wood chips from the seat bottom holes where the mounting screws go in. The chips in the holes prevented the bolts from anchoring. These issues are quality control issues with the manufacturer, which costs one star. I knocked off another star for the method of shipping. When it comes to items like this, I trust FedEx or UPS over the USPS. Its an okayish good product.
