Assembly
This is my 2nd bed. My last platform bed was a delight to assemble and very easy to take apart when I was moving. I bought this knowing that they use very similar construction. Unfortunately due to the headboard, a big part of the assembly is different, and this complicates things a fair amount when doing a 1 person assembly. Still managed to work through it, but I wouldnt say its for a novice. It took me about 60 min.
Aesthetics
The final product looks awesome. Its a steal for the price in the end the construction quality is way better than some of the 400 beds on Wayfair. The bed is very sturdy. I am experiencing some creakiness near the headboard joints. Im gonna look into how that can be fixed. Worth the price !!!
The very first piece we attempted To assemble started out rough. The dowels lined up but the bolt holes did not. We took a chance and removed the dowels and then the bolts lined up with the holes. We were concerned that we would run into more issues but we did not. We have 3 other upholstered beds and have never run into difficulty with assembly. The bed looks very nice and will hopefully be as sturdy as the others. Very sturdy.
I am in love with this bedframe. It is exactly as pictured. The quality is outstanding. The color is perfect. It took my husband a little over an hour to assemble it himself. The price point is aming for the quality of the bed. Bought a queen size frame and fits my Puffy mattress perfectly. The headboard is just slightly taller than my pillows which suits my style but may be shorter than some are expecting. I love it all around. Very easy to assemble!
Ive had this bed for a month and love it! Im using it to support a very heavy Ashley furniture pillow top mattress and it does it with ease. As well as supporting jumping children, playful pets, and two adults. It was a piece of cake to put together and looks gorgeous! Simple to put together.
