I was really scared to get these, because there where only 30 reviews. I decided to risk it because they where the only ones in this color with a back rest for the price I could spend. They are way more comfortable than I thought, look exactly like the pictures, and can fit for any size bar. My bat is tall and I was worried they wouldnt fit, but as you can see they work great. One that I put together was a little wobbly, but I think its due to how I put the screw on, so I wouldnt be too worried about that. The had clear directions with pictures that where easy to put together. Im pleased with my purchase.
UPDATE: I heard back from customer service but its a lengthy return process. Sigh.
I ordered two sets of these totaling 4. One box arrived with both barstools damaged. Both stools had multiple box cuts on the back of the stools.
In the same spot too. The cuts were so bad, but there were no cuts to the outside of the box so were thinking the boxes were repackaged before being shipped out. Either way, all I wanted was a replacement. Needless to say its impossible to get a hold of someone. Im emailed and called their Ohio location multiple times and on multiple days.
I eventually returned them via for a refund since thats the only option. But then when I proceeded to buy another pair the price went up. Not happy about that because I feel like I should get the replacement at the same honored price that I paid for the first damaged pair.
Im determining rather I want to return the second pair or wait until the price drops again.
About the quality. Theyre just okay. The seat itself if comfortable but the base is very light. My daughter tips the chair almost every time she gets on and off because its so light. Even I have to lower the stool first to sit because its just not sturdy.
They are very beautiful but the seat also goes down little by little when sitting on one of them. Lastly, although its screwed on tightly the long part that connects the gas chamber to the base is wobbly on one of them which is concerning.
Im not sure these will last very long and with the terrible / non existing customer Im worried. But other than that its nice
I dont use knife or scissors to open and assemble at all. but when I saw this I was so disappointed. I have to use this that day for my family. That is the reason why I brought my sewing box. After all, Im using it very well, however I can not forgot the moment I found this fault Happy with purchase
These are the cutest stools. I love them, from the color to the design. The seat shape is nice as well. When extended to the fullest height though (or 3/4s up) it is wobbly and hard to keep your balance. Especially if youve been drankin. Be sure to have a counter or something to lean on. Me and my friend came home drunk and sat on them and fell over like 4 times.
Anyways, very cute though, can sit pretty good when sober. Beautiful color good quality

One however was missing a screw. They failed to include that information in description. Expect bits to be missing from warehouse. They should really discount prices for incomplete merchandise. Would definitely buy again!

Comfortable and has a nice variety of high ranges which works well since my bar is really short. Really nice looking furniture.
