    Waiting on customer support

    UPDATE: I heard back from customer service but its a lengthy return process. Sigh. I ordered two sets of these totaling 4. One box arrived with both barstools damaged. Both stools had multiple box cuts on the back of the stools. In the same spot too. The cuts were so bad, but there were no cuts to the outside of the box so were thinking the boxes were repackaged before being shipped out. Either way, all I wanted was a replacement. Needless to say its impossible to get a hold of someone. Im emailed and called their Ohio location multiple times and on multiple days. I eventually returned them via for a refund since thats the only option. But then when I proceeded to buy another pair the price went up. Not happy about that because I feel like I should get the replacement at the same honored price that I paid for the first damaged pair. Im determining rather I want to return the second pair or wait until the price drops again. About the quality. Theyre just okay. The seat itself if comfortable but the base is very light. My daughter tips the chair almost every time she gets on and off because its so light. Even I have to lower the stool first to sit because its just not sturdy. They are very beautiful but the seat also goes down little by little when sitting on one of them. Lastly, although its screwed on tightly the long part that connects the gas chamber to the base is wobbly on one of them which is concerning. Im not sure these will last very long and with the terrible / non existing customer Im worried. But other than that its nice
