It says the bed is supposed to be silent, it is not. Its quite loud. I bought this frame to get rid of our prior squeaking frame. So that didnt work out. Its a nice frame and seems quite sturdy otherwise. But it is not silent at all.
UPDATE: The company contacted me and made it right! Amazing customer service!
So it looks good put together but there definitely are bolts and pieces missing to hold important pieces together. Makes me a little nervous. It was VERY frustrating to put together with not so great instructions. I tried to contact the seller but makes it impossible to just contact them without asking for a return on the whole product. Guess I will see if anything pops off
I dont dislike a single thing about my purchase. I am very happy with the colors, the look, the stability, and the warmth it has brought to my space. Assembly took me about an hour and a half by myself, and it was fairly easy to put together. I will be buying more products from this brand in the future. The ONLY dispute I have is nothing against the seller and brand, but the shipper. I have never been a fan of FedEX and the experience I had getting this piece to my place was awful. I ended up calling the nearest warehouse, and picked it up myself.
I purchased this product to replace a previous bed frame that I purchased from a different vendor that bend and broke after 3 months of use. I have been using my new bed frame for approximately 4 months now. This frame has been extremely sturdy and durable. It was easy to assemble by myself. The value is worth the purchase. I feel confident this frame will last several years.

Eh its pretty gewd
Not too bad but some of the bars were slightly bent. All in all pretty solid frame once its all put together

Seems sturdy , missing pieces, took FOREVER to setup
