I wish the arm cushions were L-shaped so itd be more comfortable to lean on; instead of the current rhombus-shaped cushion that lets the arm rest dig into my rib cage. Other than that its an amazing purchase compared to others in its price range.
I love the heat/vibration tools and lumbar support. Ive also actually slept in my chair because its so soothing and comfortable. Its a strict upgrade from that race-car styled gaming chair, that every Twitch Streamer advertises.

I ordered 2 for my husband, he like it, dont use the massager but I tried it and it was nice. Putting it together was a snap, literally. It holds well so far.
Quality for a low price I am a short person so this chair fits me just right. The massager is not too aggressive and doesnt beat your body like some massage chairs do. At first i was disappointed because I received only two pieces of the recliner and had to wait for the rest to arrive in a separate shipment. I finally got all the pieces and it was easy to put together. I like it very much and if you are looking for a recliner that is not so large in width, this is the one.
Chair assembly was a piece of cake. One wire plug was squashed but fixed it in my own. Chair is comfortable, massage us good. Would if y fabric option at same price but no . Not giving 5 stars giving the4 stars for that. Delivery was good on time and track info improved way better then my bike delivery.
Great product by all standards The chair itself is great! The massage features are VERY disappointing but I really like the chair. It swivels, rocks and reclines.

Worth the value
I love it at first.... Give it a few trial runs with the recliner step the pull up handle snapped. So, Im very disappointed, Now!
3 levels of intensity but works
