We are more than satisfied. Love it So far so good, only complaint really (they should write this on the instructions) is that when sliding the back onto the chair you have to take off the metal bracket on the back support and bend it to slide it into the bracket on the chair end. Had to use a bit of muscle to bend the bracket and used a rubber mallet and tap it into place. Other wise easy assembly and comfort for now will update down the road if need be.
My husband and I recently bought this chair for our office. It fit perfectly in our corner space for it. We love the size of it, but it is good to know we are both on the shorter side. It comfortably rocks, massages, and heats at the same time. The usb port works well with our android and iphone chargers too. Only good things to say about it so far!
Great product at great price We needed a new sofa and stumbled upon this one. Isnt that much more $$$ than a regular lazy boy and has built-in massage functionalities. 8 different levels. Massages lower back and thighs. Also reclines for the perfect lazy feeling :p

Overall very happy with my purchase! My mom loves it! It does it all (rocking, reclining, massages and heats). Love the feel of the fabric and especially the size - not bulky like other recliners and looks amazing.
I bought this recliner for my nursery. It has been less than a week that Im using the chair and it already looks worn out. The right side stays little bit open. When you recline you have to push the top part with your body and it does not click to stay that way but your body has to keep it in that position. Because the chair was lifting my body back to the sitting position, I pushed harder and the chair flipped, which caused me to fall. Mind that, I am 8 month pregnant. You can barely feel the massage, and the knots inside the chair in the right side are bothering even though the massage function is off. I will advise buy a recliner in person even if youd have to pay a little extra.
