If youre thinking about it...Order it! Very nice chair for a small office. It is very comfortable and while it does lean forward a bit when reclined and your legs are fully extended, its not enough to make the chair uncomfortable.
To me this is a super comfy chair, my husband believes its not as comfortable as it should be and he believes it should only cost about $200. It was super easy to assemble, less than 30 minutes for sure. I love the massage points, very strong. My husband says he wishes it had more points of area to massage. We both love the reclining aspect to it! I am very small, Id say its not meant for a wider person because its a tight space. Id say the only thing I dislike is that its difficult to rock and its a rocking chair so thats supposed to be its main feature. Maybe if it were on a harder surface it would be easier? I just know that we have it on carpet and it takes some effort to rock back and forth. To me this was worth the purchase. I love the side pockets. Our old rocking chair was unsafe for our toddler, this one doesnt seem to be an issue. I feel when Im nursing our newborn, we will both be able to fall asleep comfortably in this chair!
Beautiful and easy to assemble I like the chair I just find it a little smaller than I thought it would be . Then heat and massage are awesome.

It only got 3 stars for comfort because the back doesnt recline at all even when foot stool is up but more importantly the massaging pieces stick out of the chair a bit so you can feel the hard knots that vibrate when you sit down so I have to put a pillow behind my back before I can sit or it kinda hurts. The ones on the seat stick out as well but dont generally bother me
