I would not buy this again

Sadly arrived bent, making it weak once we had to straighten it out.

SOLID FOUNDATION, works great but heavy as heck!

Lest you think this is the kind of bed frame that you can set up for guests and then take down and store in a closet, while that might be technically possible, its just SO HEAVY that it would discourage me from taking apart and lugging into a closet when not in use. That being said, this frame is so frigging sturdy, and doesnt wobble or squeak AT ALL which is awesome! I can definitely recommend if you intend to use it long term on the regular. I cant imagine anything sturdier! Overpriced a bit.

    Easy to assemble

This queen sized platform comes in a relatively small package and is pretty easy to assemble. All the tools you need to assemble it are included. The platform works well and is comfortable and quiet although it is all metal. One small drawback is the number of legs and feet. You have to be a bit careful not to kick a foot or support leg since there are three to a side and relatively prominent. Holds things.

    Heavy duty.

And just plain heavy. I was expecting the weight of a regular bed frame rather than a platform. That isnt a bad thing. We are planning a change in beds soon and put this together in the garage to see how it will work. The assembly was easy enough with a helper or two and it is sturdy. It also came apart easily enough for moving. Its capacity is supposedly 1,600 pounds. Ill take their word for it. Nice. Go for it!

Well/made, but a bit high and clunky

Okay, this bed is fairly easy to assemble, though its not quite accurate to say no tools are required. You will need to use the included Allen wrench and mini/wrench to insert the screws and bolts that hold this together and you will most likely need at least two people to do it as the frame is rather heavy. Once the outer frame is put together, its pretty easy to push in the cross supports. A queen/sized mattress fits into it snugly, with not much extra space (which is nice). My issue with the bedframe is that its quite high, making it super modern/looking and stark, as well as making the room appear smaller (because the space from the bed to the ceiling is less than it would otherwise be). If you need a lot of space under the bed, you might like this aspect of it. However, unless your rooms decor is starkly modern, you might find it a tad industrial looking. Enough strength.

    Basic Bed Frame

This turned out to be an inexpensive, simple to assemble bed frame that is sturdier than you would probably expect for the price. Assembly is pretty much a no/brainer. It takes less time to assemble than it would to read the instructions. Once fully assembled there isnt much more to do but add a mattress and enjoy. As bed frames go this definitely is not the best looking or most comfortable, but its definitely nice for the price. I would definitely NOT recommend this as a platform bed, especially if you have a thin mattress. You are going to be way more comfortable with a box spring or something similar in/between this and your mattress. The 1,600 lb claim that comes with this frame is not something that I can easily test, but it does seem a bit of a stretch if you ask me. I certainly wouldnt want to sleep on this thing if I weighed 1,600 lbs. Im guess that this doesnt really come up very often in real life though, thank goodness. Easy to fix.

    Easy

I got this bed frame to replace another brand which had broken when Id leaned it upright. So far, its been fine. This one has metal cross bars which seem more rigid than the previous frames wooden planks. Assembly was methodical and easy enough that I quickly put it together despite misplacing the instructions. Id probably prefer something with a headboard, and I stubbed my toes a couple times making the bed, but Id say this is a solid, simple, foolproof bed frame. Very good.

    Heavy and Sturdy Platform Bed

I have been pleasantly surprised by the 14 tall Platform Bed. Please note: The clearance underneath the bed is approximately 12, so there is room for under the bed storage. Your bed arrives well packaged and is well heavier than I expected. It is definitely one of those items you want to unpackage in the bedroom you will be assembling it. Mine came packaged with a box within a box. Assembly is pretty straight forward and only took us about a half hour from beginning to end. Needless to say, it would be easier with two people, but one person should be fine. Our pieces aligned nicely and we had no issues during assembly. We were able to put our new mattress on the platform portion of the bed. The room certainly came together nicely in just a matter of minutes! We have a very happy teenager who was getting cramped in his old bed. We have not experienced any squeaks or wobbling. It is sturdy! He has been using his new bed for approximately three weeks now. The one question I had when selecting this frame was if a headboard could be added down the road at some point. I will update this review when I receive the new headboard brackets I purchased for another bed in our home. Updated review

    Sturdy, no/frills bed frame

Dont let the unpronounceable name deter you from considering this bed frame. Its a sturdy, well/engineered no/frills all/steel platform bed. Being that all the pieces fold in half (via hinges), the product ships in a very compact box. This is a great help if you ever need to disassemble the bed for moving. The short sides are each 2 pieces that are bolted together at the center leg. Assembly is straightforward and ought to take less than 30 mins once all unpacked. It can be done by one person with relative ease. An extra set of screws and nuts are included in a separate bag, which is a nice touch in case you misplace a part during assembly (or have your toddler helping like I did). An Allen wrench is included, as well as a small flat wrench, as is typical of DIY furniture. What I didnt like is that the parts are packed with 2 blocks of styrofoam, which results in hundreds of little clingy white pellets all over the floor. Thats what you see all over the carpet in my photos. Styrofoam shouldnt ever be used anymore days since eco/friendly alternatives exist (like simply using corrugated cardboard chocks). As for use, it is very stable and noise/free, as described. We have a memory foam mattress on it and like this design a lot better than our other bed frame with wood slats. Metal slats dont bend and form areas that sag. Note that there are no holes to mount a headboard. Also watch out for the middle leg. Ive stubbed my toes against it multiple times already. UPDATE: 5/21/19 We had to move this bed frame to another room and with 2 people, its remarkably easy to maneuver, even in our tight confines upstairs. Very nice

High quality basic modern bed frame

This is a basic modern queen sized bed frame. No headboard or anything fancy. Just a frame. It was easy to assemble and is constructed of fairly thick metal. A queen mattress sits right on the frame with no box spring and its about 14 inches off the ground. Nice quality, this has been a. Big upgrade over my old low cost bed frame I had been using. Great for small spaces.
