Absolutely a waste of money.....neoprene socks get holes in them

Absolutely a waste of money.....they didnt last very long. The neoprene socks get holes in them from walking and the boots just fell apart. Very disappointing... only got like 8 fishing trips....

    HEAVY!!!

I was really amped about these waders when I purchased them. I wont complain about the quality, they are by all appearance good looking waders. I didnt find any flaws when inspecting them. The day after they arrived I suited up for a fishing trip to a local reservoir in NEPA, the 25th of March, the water temps were in the low 40s. The first thing I noticed once I had them on was the weight of the boots, I thought they were a bit heavy but I considered theyre 1400 gram insulation so I didnt think much about it. We arrived at the reservoir for sunrise, the walk to the water would be roughly 1 mile through unmanaged woodlands. No problem I thought because I had done the trek hundreds of times. Well, my enthusiasm was cut short after about walking 100 meters...the weight of the boots was brutal! I couldnt believe how much effort it took to walk. By the time I arrived at the fishing location I was exhausted!!! My legs were like rubber. Let me say this, if youre traveling by quad to a location the weight shouldnt be an issue. If youre walking for any distance be prepared for a serious workout - A SERIOUS WORKOUT! Another issue was the padding on the knees. Be prepared if walking any distance your knees are going to feel like theyve been sanded by 80 grit. My opinion is that these are not waders for walking over a distance. If you have a quad you shouldnt have the issues I did. The waders were warm, not a single leak...will I wear them again? Hell no!!! Theyre hanging in my garage as I write this. Hope my review helps you make the right decision.

    High quality

Have only had the waders for two hunts so far so time will tell on the longevity and will update later but first impression on these waders is great. There are zero leaks so far and and the construction seems solid. These waders feel a lot more solid then the new cabelas brand waders and are very true to the size chart! The tread on the boot is very aggressive and grips in slippery mud very well, the boots are also very comfortable walking in even with a load on the back. The 1400 thinsulet in the boots keep your feet nice and warm. The shoulder straps are nice and comfortable and dont sag like others brand straps. The fleece lining hand warmer pocket is really nice to keep the hands warm even when wet and is nice and big. The pocket on the inside is great for your wallet and keys ect. With plenty of other pockets on the outside for the rest of your stuff. The detachable shell holder holds shells well. The included belt is nice to keep everything tight and if a fall were to happen in the water would do its job however I wish it had some belt loops swen on to be able to hold the belt on while un buckled. The included phone case is a nice touch to keep your phone safe I keep mine attached to the waders. the included boot hanger straps make easier to hang my waders on the boot dryer.
