I’ve got a 30-foot pond in my backyard. A couple times a year, I drain some of the water and get right into it to scrub the algae off the sides. In the summer, I can do that wearing bathing trunks. Challenge is, the key time when I need to do this is early spring when the water is too cold for comfort.
These waders let me do the job while staying warm. I can wear thick socks and sweats underneath. They come with a hanger, so when not in use, I hang them upside down from a shelving unit in the garage. They do come with a carrying bag as well, handy if you are going fishing and want a convenient way to put them in your car or backpack.
They are waterproof, the built-in boots are well made, the seams are good, and this is value for the price.
Got this for my husband. The shoe size was a perfect fit I was a little worried at first if it would actually fit him as he is 210lbs but it actually fit him perfectly on the size and had room. You can also adjust the size if your smaller. Definitely worth the money
We have a pond, and ducks, on our property. The ducks have taken to laying their eggs along the shore, and sometimes on small sandbars several feet in that have appeared as water levels dropped. Needed something warm and waterproof to collect our precious orbs, these fit the bill really well at a very reasonable price. Im 62 and 270, the size 12 turned out to be just the right fit, if I wear double thick socks (which is good anyway in the cold water). Ill be repairing and floating a duck house soon, these will be on heavy duty then, hopefully they will continue to hold up well.
love these waders so far. Neoprene quality is indistinguishable from more expensive brands and boots are warm. The only complaint I have is the neoprene on the straps are not quite long enough to go over my shoulder so they tend to slide down the side of my arm. Great product for the price point. Would recommend.
