    A Good Buy

We had this for about 1 1/2 years. We are happy with it. Let's be clear, this is a cheep bed. You can spend a lot more. But, this is far more sturdy that it appears. Compared to other loft beds in the same price range, I think this is a very good deal. Assembly was a MAJOR chore. The steel is sturdy, and the holes never match perfectly, so getting it together took a bit of manhandling. I bought this for a 20-something daughter who moved back in with us to return to college. She had a lot more stuff when she moved back in, so this loft design fits her needs well. She keeps her dresser and storage underneath, rather than the typical college desk under. Pros: Good price, VERY Good value It's very sturdy. The design allow easy storage AND access underneath. Cons: Assembly was a big pain. Taking away 1-star from an otherwise great product

    assembly no problem

Good sturdy bed. I got it in white and it arrived in perfect condition. Based on other reviews, I was ready for a long frustrating afternoon of assembling. To my delight, it really goes together smoothly. This 60+ granny put it together basically by myself. Helps to have someone to hold a few pieces (which I did) but wasn't hard to put together at all. Take your time and read directions carefully...a bit of common sense helps, too! Bed is sturdy, and looks ready for guests! One note: while it is nice to have space on bottom bunk for person to sit up, keep in mind it is very low to the floor and may be difficult for older folks to get up to standing position.

Got it for my grand daughter and she loves it! When it comes to game night she runs to her room and rolls out the desk for us to use. Too cute!

    Great product, hard to install

The bed looks great, is inexpensive, and is very solid. However, it takes a long time to build and the instructions are a little hard to follow at times. If you hate building things, look elsewhere.

    Great for guest

Very useful for extra guest. Slides right under the bed.

other than that my kids love it.

Instructions were not clear, you have to be careful with putting the sides on with the correct way up or the ladder wont go one well. other than that my kids love it.

    Held up well!

The little gray snaps were a pain to put on originally, but the bed has held up well. The rungs of the ladder are more widely-spaced than usual, which may deter some young climbers (sadly not MY toddler). Four years later, we've disassembled the support for the bottom bunk, removed the front bar, and we are using it as loft storage over a desk for the little one.

Great deal for the price - very sturdy and well made

We bought this bed for our daughters to use. I was a little concerned about the quality - it is not an expensive item and it is metal. Usually those two conditions indicate weak materials and sloppy engineering. (One of our daughters picked out this bed.) I just came to visit them yesterday and am pleased to find that the bed is strong and well-built. The supports are larger than one might thing and the entire bed is quite sturdy.

    Great looking and durable bed

Great looking and durable bed. The metal slats have these little plastic tabs that hold them in place. These were tricky to get in place, but once completed...I was quite happy with the end result.
