So I got this because I share a roon with my kid, have a king size bed, and wanted to put his bed over mine. It did the job perfectly and matches my other various brands of other black metal furniture/lighting. Pretty sturdy and doesn't creek when rolling normally during sleep. Easy assembly as well. The ladder is as comfortable on bare feet as it looks, but that's how it is on a compact minimalist unit like this.
The product assembling is a breeze with clear instructions (and I am a non-handy person). The bed works for our setting and my daughter loves it.
The reason it is a 4-stars instead of a 5-stars rating is that the bed makes squeaked when my daughter turns (laying down) on her bed and she is 10 years old who is 55 lbs
This bed was much sturdier than I expected it to be. It wasn't at all hard to build, it just took a little bit of time. I may not have needed to, but just to be safe i bought two bunkie boards to put under the mattresses to make sure that the boys weight was always distributed across all the support slats evenly.
My 10 year old granddaughter loves this bed. It give her more room in her small bed. It was easy to assemble, all parts there and all screws and holes lined up with no problems. Seem very sturdy.

While the profile is low... That is it no thrills, no frills,... No handles for?... No fitty mattress.. Meh

Assembly is not too hard. Definitely should have 2 people to do this. Have had this since June and it has held up very nicely.

Good bed
Great bed for smaller child. I think this bed would be a bit light weight for older kids but it’s a nice bed and fits well in a small room
