I was wondering whether this would be sturdy enough for the 160-pound, twenty-five year old guy who is using it, and it is. It shakes a bit when he rolls over, but that's because we didn't anchor it to the wall (we have just the bed, not the desk underneath). The metal seems sturdy enough -- we've been using it a month now and nothing has bent or bowed. The bright white finish looks great. Assembled by one person. Took a few hours, but it wasn't overly challenging. Very pleased.
My son wanted a loft bed so that he can utilize more of her bedroom floor. I love this bed because it tall unlike some loft beds where you can’t stand under it at all. I of course cannot stand under it but my 10 year old son can so it’s perfect for a kids room. The one thing I’m not very happy about was some chipped paint when we were setting it up. Because it is metal, it will chip off and look rusted underneath. It’s very stable and it took me and my husband 2 hours to put together. The instructions were easy! We also ordered the mattress in a box from as well and it works perfect on this bed, you can’t feel the bars under the mattress.
It achieves its purpose, which is saving space. Its pretty sturdy. Tighten the screws once in a while to avoid squeaking and moving. Over all, comfortable.
Bought for 13 year old daughter. She absolutely loves it. Easy to assemble. Great space saving bedroom furniture and really makes her room look nice. Quality was surprising great for such a low cost. No complaints at all!
Nice material. Looks like it can last long. Reason it wasnt a 5 star was because it does wobble a bit when going up the ladder, also the ladder kinda hurts a bit going up and down it.
We were very impressed with the quality of this bunk bed. Yes, it isn't the fanciest you can get but for the money it is exceptionally well built. My husband is extremely picky about the way things are made and he was pleased with the quality. Everything went together well without problems. There are many slats to place the mattress on. No rough welds or joints. It is very sturdy and I'm sure it will last well beyond the time we will need it.
"Santa" gift for 6 yr. old daughter. Very easy to put together, took about an hour and that was with kiddos coming in and out of the room. All parts, bolts and washers were included. I am very satisfied with this bed and so is a 6 yr. old. I would recommend and would purchase again.

Not very sturdy but my daughter loves it.
My daughter loves this bed. I think it’s very wobbly though. I think the lofts beds that come with the desk would make it more sturdy.
