Product came in 3 packages several days apart. Last package came 3 days after being reported as delivered. Had to add platform slats. Product wouldnt hold mattress securely. Product head board is not very stable. Will be adding stability to this piece as well.

Initially, when I was searching for a bed/frame, there were a few that I was deciding between but the reviews about the excellent customer service for this bed/frame were the reason that I chose this particular frame. The bed/frame itself is nice and elegant. The self/assembly was easy and the drawers slide nicely and provide a lot of extra convenient storage. The font size on the instruction sheet is on the smaller end, but the assembly is pretty straight/forward. A power drill is highly recommended for ease of assembly, but not necessary. If you want a bit of extra support, you can nail a few extra support panels, but its not imperative.
Besides the technical qualities of the bed/frame, it is the customer service that I would like to take this time to applaud. I had accidentally broken one of the panels when I had been assembling due to my own incompetence. However, when I contacted their customer service, Amarith not only sent me the correct replacement panel, but also sent me 4 packages in total because the first 3 were initially lost in the mail. The customer service I received was undoubtedly some of the best I have ever experienced, which is so rare as so little of customer service is an actual service to their customers and clients. For this company to be so accommodating and not even asking that I send back the other 3 packages is truly remarkable, and they deserve to be praised.
I highly recommend this product and all products from this company. Very durable.

It does come with 5 slats now instead of 3 but if you have a memory foam mattress like me and dont want to use a box spring because itll make the bed 6ft high, I would reinforce it with a thin piece of plywood to cover the whole bed. Even with the extra slats there are empty spaces by the head and foot of the bed. Looks beautiful and definitely worth the money. Assembled Quickly.
I read reviews before deciding to purchase. This is a great platform bed for the price. Just have to reinforce it because it comes with as my husband describe them as sticks that wont support the weight of our pillow top mattress. It took my husband about 3/4 hours to reinforce and put together. Oh and by the way, we are having great sex on this bed with no issues. My husband is 64 about 260 lbs and Im 58 and 180 lbs for reference and the bed holds our combined weight. This works.
