Not hard to assemble, allot of parts, every was in the pkg. the use of a power tool makes this go allot faster.
We purchased the additional bed box spring support and well worth the investment, the cross bracing came to wide for the bed but we used the tethered bed supports offered on and fit perfectly Good quality.
My only complaint with this product is that i wish it had more wood support which is easy for me to add. The frame was easy to put together took about 2hrs with 2 people. When i first ordered the bed frame it got lost in mail but was super nice and sent a replacement no issue glad i got it. Good.
I am a 350 lb man and I need to add 1 1/2 by 3 1/2 boards vetically for support and horizontally across the frame for support. Some of the included vertical supports are too long and make them useless. Other than that I love the bed. The bed took me about 3 hours to assemble Kids love it easy to put together.
I first saw this bed on and fell in love. It had the glam style I was looking for, with the studded, tufted headboard, in a soft gray color that wouldnt clash with my decor, a platform bed for a crisp, clean, finished look and it had built in storage for all my extra clothes (because lets face it, I have a lot). I could never find it in stock on and when I located the same bed here on with good reviews, I decided Id give it a shot.
The package arrived on time, in 3 separate packages. I got a little concerned at first because not all of my packages arrived the same day, but I contacted the seller and they were able to provide me multiple tracking addressed for each of the packages.
Putting the bed together was a bit of a chore, I definitely recommend a power screwdriver and a second person (although it can be done alone). The directions are minimal, but if you are a seasoned furniture builder you will know what needs to happen. I think it took me about 2.5 hours with the help of one other person. The power screwdriver is almost nessecary for putting the drawers together as you are required to screw through some chipboard that has no pre/drilled holes.
After reading the reviews I noticed many people complained about the lack of support of the bedframe. Its important to note that as a platform bed, with the headboard height you cannot use a boxspring on this bed, (you can, but it will look ridiculous and you will need a stepstool or a running jump to get into bed). The bed only comes with 3 horizontal crossbars, so without a boxspring there isnt enough support to keep a mattress from sagging. I headed the advice of another review and purchased the Solid Wood Bed Support Slats / Fabric/Covered / Bunkie Board, Queen (pictured in the 2nd photo) to boost the support of the mattress and am very happy with the combo / if you are short on cash you can also buy some 2x2 from home depot to reinforce the bedframe.
I am so happy with my purchase. This bed has the look of some really high price bedframes AND it includes storage. For the price, even after adding the additional support slats, I dont think there is anything better on the market. Perfect.
Have to write review to warn the buyers that this product is poorly designed. I bought two of them, one twin size and one queen size. The assemble instruction is very clear, but still okay to figure out. However, the screw provided for the side legs were too short to fasten the legs and there were not holes prepared for the screws on the side of the bed board. There are only three wood stems to support the mattress. My mattress immediately sank into S shape.
The supporting side legs of both beds fell apart just in one day. Had to buy the right size screws and additional wood stems to fix the beds. Now they are okay.
NO!! Its not easy to assemble. But once youre done its totally worth it .
I read all the reviews and took 2 pieces of advice.
1. Use power tools.
2. Get additional slats
There is no need for a box spring but you do need a sturdy base to lay the mattress on. The fabric is very light gray (2 1/2 shades past white) I love it. The tufted headboard is well made, though it is black on the back (as shown in my pics). My husband put the bed together, hes super meticulous. It took the better part of a day to get it together. The instructions were ok but the side drawer installation was a bit challenging.
Long story short, I love the bed so much️ Its so much extra storage for sweaters and sheets and blankets. Easy assembly.

good product I do not give 4 because we had to put extra support because the support it brings does not look very firm. Value for money.
Just Right
I love the look of the bed . I didnt want a chest in my bed however, I needed a few drawers for special things. This was a Great Buy ! Great!

Broken in one day
